Privacy policy

This Policy explains what personal data the ktrans.ua website collects, why we process it, who we share it with and how you can manage it. It applies only to this website: other KTrans companies operate on their own domains and have their own documents.

Version of October 6, 2026.

Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is “KTRANS-AUTO” LLC (the Company), which operates under the laws of Ukraine. You can contact us using the phone numbers and addresses on the “Contact” page of this website.

What data we collect

You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask for documents. Data reaches us in two ways.

First, data you enter yourself in a request or callback form:

the name by which to address you;
a phone number for contact;
the text of your request — where the form has a description field (for example, which car you are looking for or what you plan to trade in);
photos, if you add them to your inquiry yourself.

The forms have no other fields. We ask for neither your home address, nor registration data, nor payment details: no payments are made on the website.

Second, technical data that the browser transmits automatically when accessing the website: IP address, device and browser type, the page from which you sent the request, the date and time of the request. It is needed for the website to work and to tell real inquiries apart from automated spam submissions.

Why we process it

To respond to your inquiry — call you back, clarify your wishes, select options, send a calculation.
To perform our contract with you if you use our services, and to comply with our legal obligations.
To protect the website from automated and malicious requests.

We do not send advertising messages to the number left in the form, and we do not use your data for profiling or for automated decision-making about you.

On what legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form: this is stated directly under the submit button. This complies with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. You can withdraw your consent at any time — just as you can request the deletion of your data.

Who we share the data with

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing. Access to your request is available to:

employees of the Company who handle inquiries — through the internal request management system;
the hosting provider, which acts as our processor and on whose servers the website and the database are located;
email and messaging services, which act as our processors and through which the manager receives a notification about a new request.

Data may also be transferred to government authorities if the law expressly requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to see aggregated statistics: how many people visit, from which pages and from which sources. Google processes this data as our service provider (processor); Google’s own privacy policy also applies. This data does not contain your name or phone number.

Favorites, the comparison list and the choice of the light or dark theme are stored only in your browser’s memory (localStorage) and are not transferred to our servers at all. Clearing the website data in the browser erases them without a trace.

Analytics can be turned off in the browser settings or with a script-blocking extension — the website will work as usual.

How long we keep it

We keep a request as long as it is needed to work on your inquiry and to perform the contract, as well as for the periods that the law sets for documents of this kind. When the basis for keeping it disappears, the data is deleted.

Your rights

Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” gives you the right:

to know exactly which of your data we keep and to receive a copy of it;
to request the correction of inaccurate data;
to withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data;
to object to the processing;
to file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us or call us using the details on the “Contacts” page. We will respond within the period set by law. To make sure that the inquiry is really yours, we will ask you to name the phone number from which the request was sent.

Children

The website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age. If you believe that a child has left their data with us, let us know — we will delete it.

Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy — for example, if the scope of data or the list of services we use changes. The version published on this page is the one in effect; the date of the version is indicated at the top.
